How does the guitar player sit in an optimal way?
In principle, the guitar player knows two situations of playing: the practicing and the reciting. In both cases a performance, which implies an ideal concentration, is demanded from the body of the musician.

The sitting position of the musician should therefore not deviate, limit nor lead to exhaustion. Hereby many factors are applicable:

Tautness of the muscles, breathing, blood circulation, stress of tendons and hinges.

In order to be able to perform artistic services, the posture of the guitar player must be ideal.

The natural posture is the result of an evolutionary improvement which has been lasting throughout the history of mankind.
